When RCL approached us to create a new employee training series reflecting their new slogan, “Deliver the Wow,” we came through with an original video series showcasing the ways employees could take their everyday stangard of service up to the gold standard. The production included filming aboard the ships and in our studio, script writing, post and pre-production, casting, and the creation of the series host, the character, Mr. Gold, who introduced each of the various scenes and segments.
